Summary: | This data set was acquired with a ship-based Knudsen 320BR Echosounder Sonar, Navigation system, Meteorological Sensor, Thermosalinograph, and Fluorometer during Laurence M. Gould expedition LMG0304 conducted in 2003 (Chief Scientist: Dr. William Detrich). These data files are of JGOFS format and include Temperature, Visible Radiation, Fluorescence, Navigation, Bathymetry, Salinity, Infrared Radiation, Meteorological, and Conductivity data. This data set was created from calibrated data decimated at 1-minute intervals. Several fields are derived measurements from more than a single raw input. Data were acquired as part of the project(s): Cold body temperature as an evolutionary shaping force in the physiology of Antarctic fishes and Structure, function and expression of tbuulins, globins, and microtubule-dependent motors from cold-adapted Antarctic fishes, and funding was provided by NSF grant(s): ANT00-89451 and ANT01-25890. ... |
