Description
Summary:This data set contains rate and state frictional parameters for ice-on-rock friction experiments that were conducted in a double direct shear apparatus as temperatures of -16.4 C to -2 C. The frictional parameters were deteremined by directly fitting the frictional response to controlled, harmonic oscillations in load point velocity. The data set includes all information needed to reproduce the fits, as well as tables of the frictional parameters for both the aging and slip law forms of frictional state evolution.
