Description
Summary:This data set contains alignments of DNA sequences obtained from restriction site associated markers (RADseq). Each alignment contains DNA sequence data sampled from 85 species of notothenioids fishes. The raw sequence data for each specimen is available on Genbank. There are two DNA sequence alignments. The m4 alignment has each locus represented by at least 4 individuals and contains 4,440,378 aligned sites. The m30 has each locus represented by at least 30 individuals and contains 2,669,472 aligned sites.
