The dataset includes 7101 records from 6 constituent datasets: 52 records from iNaturalist Research-grade Observations. 481 records from Fungal records database of Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug – Yugra (Russia, West Siberia). 6011 records from Plot-based observations of macrofungi in raised bogs in Western Siberia. 2 records from A new species and one interesting finding from Mukhrino bog, Western Siberia. 1 records from Geographically tagged INSDC sequences. 554 records from The Fungarium of Yugra State University reference collection.
