Fjord water was collected on a monthly basis between September 2020 and August 2021 from 5m and 30m depth in a sub-Arctic fjord (Ramfjorden, Tromso, Norway) with a GoFlo (General Oceanics). Upon arrival on shore, samples for dissolved nutrient concentrations were syringe-filtered through a 0.2 mum filter and collected in a falcon tube. The samples were immediately frozen at -20C until further analysis.
