The dataset is organized by experiments, where each experiment folder has a subfolder with the input data (boundary conditions, geometry, initial conditions and model data-files), code (model setup) and run (model output in steady-state). The experiments have random names with the specifications given in the included table List_modelruns_paper.xlsx and in the science publication that belongs to the dataset. The model simulations are spun up from rest and the saved model output data (.meta and .data files) are averages of the last two days, when the system is in a quasi steady-state.
