Description
Summary:This data contains the data accompanying the paper with the same title published in One Earth. We used a 3-D model (MITgcm) to examine how methylmercury might respond to changes in primary production and plankton community driven by ocean acidification and alterations in physical factors (e.g. ocean temperature, circulation) in the future ocean (2100). Provided here contains the data for methylmercury in seawater, phytoplankton, and zooplankton. We included three scenarios: present-day (fc2000), physical factors only (fc2100), and all factors (oa2100). The data is in Matlab mat format, and the codes to process these data are also provided.
