| Summary: | Cílem diplomové práce je přinést celkový pohled na problematiku diváckého násilí na fotbalových stadionech. Hlavním obsahem práce je charakterizovat dav a faktory na něj působící, dále rozdělení účastníků fotbalových utkání a jejich charakteristika. V teoretické části dál popisuji problematiku zvládání těchto krizových situací v procesu krizového řízení. Ve výzkumné části jsou uvedeny cíle a hypotézy a následně objasněny metody a výzkumný vzorek. Empirický výzkum měl za cíl zjistit, za jakého fotbalového diváka se respondenti považují a zda souhlasí s tvrzením, že bezpečnostní opatření a stadionech při fotbalových utkáních jsou dostatečná. Dále zjistit, zdali diváci v publiku dodržují stanovená bezpečností opatření, a zda se již sami dostali do střetu s fanoušky soupeře. Výsledná data jsou přehledně zpracována pomocí tabulek a grafů. V diskuzi je vykonáno porovnání námi zpracovaných výsledků s jinými výsledky dalších autorů. Závěrem jsou shrnuty všechny výsledky a cíle práce. The aim the Diploma thesis is to present a general view on the issue of fans violence at football stadiums. The fundamental aim of the thesis is to characterise a crowd and factors affecting it and also the distribution of the participants of football matches and their characteristics. The theoretical part depicts an issue of managing these emergencies within the crisis management process. The practical part presents aims and hypotheses and subsequently clarification of the methods. The empirical research was aimed to find out about what type of a football fan the responders consider themselves to be and whether they agree with the statement that the safety precautions at football stadiums are sufficient. The research also detects whether the spectators follow the safety precautions and whether they have ever got into clash with the fans of the opponent. The resulting data are processed through tables and charts. The discussion contains comparison of our results with the results of other authors. The conclusion summarises all results and aims of the thesis.
