Description
Summary:The cogged plate from the site Severianka (Lenariver) represents a bronze plate with small teeth on laterals edges and two ears-loops on the back side. Analogies to her are available among materials of Mikhaylovskoye gorodishe, settlements Poltse I and Solontsy on the Amur-river, in Burkhotuy burials of East Transbaikalia. These analogies are dated in a wide range second half of I-st thousand years BC first half of I-st thousand years AD, that causes doubts. More likely that the plates dated narrower and can be limited the end of I-st thousand years BC beginning of I-st thousand years AD. This bronze plate specifies on existing in the Early Iron Age communication of the Yakutia with areas of the Transbaikalia and Priamurye, connected with a Burkhotuy and Poltse ethnogenesis. The anthropomorphous pendant from site Ust’Timpton 1 (Aldan-river) was wrongly ranked to subjects the Ust’-Mil’ culture. This pendant having the quadrangular head with hardly appreciable horns and a small heart-shaped hole in the center resembles pendants from Turkic belts sets of the end of the VIII-IXth centuries. In the middle of IXth and in Xth centuries such pendants are spreading among Chjurchjens. Basing upon the specified dates we can date the pendant of IX-Xth centuries AD. Presence of this pendant in Southern Yakutia is connected probably with advent of the ethnic groups subjected to influence of the Turkic culture. Already here in Yakutia the pendant of belt was remade to the anthropomorphous figure. Analogies of these products are showing that Yakutia during all Ist thousand years AD, in epoch of the Early Iron Age and the Early Middle Ages periodically tried cultural and probably ethnic influence of the southern neighbours from Eastern Transbaikalia and Priamur’e.
