Description
Summary:Metabolic status indices were investigate in 131 pregnant women with iron deficiency anemia on the basis of studying content of low and average molecular mass substances (LAMMS) in three media. No reliable differences of LAMMS level in plasma and urine before and after treatment were revealed in all groups of women examined in comparison with healthy ones. К proves absence of pronounced accumulation of toxic products and their adequate elimination, active removal of catabolism products, decay of cells, uric acid and creatinine. However, some integral indices of endogenous intoxication demonstrate moderate disturbance of toxin elimination in women with gestosis and threat of miscarriage and their accumulation in erythrocytes.
