Проведен сравнительный анализ видового состава жужелиц г. Тобольска (южная тайга Западной Сибири) выявленного в первой половине XX века и в начале XXI века. Отмечен рост видового богатства жужелиц, связанный с увеличением экологических ниш и рекреационных зон в черте города. Карабидофауну существенно пополнили суббореальные и бореальные виды, в экологической структуре отмечено увеличение лугово-полевых мезо- и ксерофилов со смешанным типом питания. Современная городская фауна представлена 150 видами, что составляет около 65% регионального разнообразия. За прошедшие время произошло сокращение фауны на 28 видов, из них 5 видов в настоящее время не встречаются в сообществах низовий Иртыша. In studies of the Lower Irtysh ground beetles, including extensive material on the fauna of Tobolsk, one can quite clearly distinguish two periods. In the 30s of 20th century term studies of ground beetles were published by K.P. Samko, later special studies have been carried out only at the beginning of 21st century. Which enabled a comparative analysis of species composition and structure of the ground beetle fauna and assessement of the impact of urbanization on carabidocomplex city, located in the southern taiga in West Siberia.Records of beetles were carried out in 2005-2012 using methods of soil traps of Barbera, soil-zoologicalexcavations and manual collection. K.P. Samko recorded 109 species of ground beetles. The modern fauna of the city is represented by 150 species, representing about 65% of the regional diversity. Indicator of faunal similarity (Jaccard index) does not exceed 0.45, which indicates a significant change in species composition. Growth of specific wealth of ground beetles is connected with increase in ecological niches and recreational zones in the modern city. Drainage and growing area of anthropogenically modified communities lead to a decline in the share hygrophilous waterfowl, predators and increase in the meadow-field meso and xerophily with mixed feeding. Over the past 70 years ground beetle fauna of the city was reduced to 28 species, of which 5 species are not currently found in the communities of the Lower Irtysh.
