Выявлены особенности и проблемы жилищной обеспеченности семей в зависимости от места их проживания, демографического состава, числа детей. Показана связь уровня благоустройства жилища с признаками бедности и крайней бедности. Дана шкала оценок жилищных условий семей, позволяющая заключить, что в Республике Саха (Якутия) происходит накопление неудовлетворенного спроса на изолированное благоустроенное жилище, хотя потребности семей республики не столь высоки и находятся на социально приемлемом уровне. In article are revealed special features and problems of the living security of families in the dependence on the place of their stay, demographic composition, and number of children. In the article determined connection of the level of the improvement of dwelling with the signs of poverty and end poverty is shown. The scale of the estimations of the housing conditions of families, which makes it possible to conclude, is made that in the republic the accumulation of the dissatisfied demand for the isolated well-organized dwelling occurs, although the needs of families are not so high and are located on the socially acceptable level.
