Summary:21 species and 1 subspecies of gadflies were revealed at pastures for cattle and stud horses in taiga-alas zone of the West Yakutia. The most important and numerous species comprised the main core population at pastures appeared to be Hybomita montana montana, H. ciureai, H. lundbecki lundbecki, H. arpadi, H. nitidifrons nitidifrons and H. olsoi which totally form 89,58% of collections.
