| Summary: | The stages of tree and shrub planting and landscape-architectural operations within the Russian Far East for a period of 3 centuries which were started from a reintroduction of conifers in the first half of the XVIII century in Kamchatka, tree-planting in the Russian-American Company possessions since 1805 and research collections of arboriflora under the branches of the Geographical Society at the close of the XIX century are briefly characterized. Perspectives of the landscape building in connection with peculiarities of climate, microclimate, current climatic situation and ocean influence are considered. |
