Description
Summary:Обозначена проблема влияния способов обогащения угля в схеме углеобогатительной фабрики на результат расчета теоретического баланса продуктов на примере исследований угля Денисовского месторождения Южно-Якутского каменноугольного бассейна. The author points at the presence of influence exerted by coal preparation methods used at a coal-cleaning plant on the theoretical coal-cleaning balance calculation in terms of the analysis of coal from the Denisovsky coalfield in South Yakutia. The calculation of the theoretical coal-cleaning balance should account for dressing processes included in the coal-cleaning plant flowsheet, and size classification of coal should be performed accordingly. The calculation should take into account difference of physical principles of dressing processes, e.g., gravity preparation in jig washer or float-and-sink cyclone and foam flotation of slurry coal. In this case, the theoretical coal-cleaning balance depends both on the float-and-sink analysis data and the slurry coal flotation results, and the calculated concentrate yield is in this case lower than in the common calculation based on the float-and-sink analysis outcome. A real-world yield of concentrate, considering errors of coal classification on the available washing equipment, cannot exceed the theoretical concentrate yield. Thus, we have an appropriate maximum concentrate yield constraint. The knowledge of this fact will allow tender committees to appreciate competitive bids on new coal preparation plant projects.
