Summary:A research work on studying and estimation of specific cellular immunity with rosetteforming reactions after immunization of animals with various bacterium vaccine antigens was carried out. When using live and inactivated vaccine against salmonel losis in Arctic foxes a similar immune response is observed – the increase of the number of Tand Blymphocytes during the whole period of examination. But in Arctic foxes immunized with live vaccine the indices of cellular immunity were higher than when using an inactivated vaccine. A vaccine preparation on the basis of live attenuated strains of salmonells has more pronounced immunogenous properties than its inactivated analogue.
