The programs of the complex development of the communal systems are aimed at increasing reliability and effectiveness of functioning of the housing and communal systems of a municipal formation and consequently, of the life quality of the population. Realization of measures in basic directions of the proposed Program will provide a solution of such primary problems of development of the communal sphere of a municipal formation as material base renovation of the participants of the communal system, increase of reliability and effectiveness of its functioning and will also allow to define the directions of structural reforms of the sphere of economy of a municipal formation and to improve the ecological situation of the territory of CATF Mirny of the Archangelsk Region.
