Summary: | Primordially, the folklor text contains the most important information, which is extraordinarily important for human society. The effort of the interpretation of the the folklor texts is not only the intention to approach the understanding of some of its inexhaustible and hidden senses, but also the intention to try to understand the contemporary time with its help, because the folklor text gives such an apportunity. Majority of itelmens" fairy stories present the episodes of the endless chain of events, the main character of which is Kutth. Kutth is a Man-Raven, the creator of Kamchatka and the ancestor of itelmen"s people. The role of the ancestor makes Kutth the hero, who is out of time. The composion of episodes of many itelmen"s fairy tales, narrating about Kutth, underlines the endless and continuous movement, which is the essence of the world existance. Kutth is always afoot. The movement is the natural state of micro and -macrospace. One more distinctive feature of the ManRaven is his boundary statehe is always on the verge between the people"s world and the animal"s world, between the world of the quick and the dead. Kutth is on the verge between time and space. In the mythological itelmen"s picture of the world space was treated as a living-being, active, in other words, space was frightening. Moreover, space turns out to be the same subject of the actions as the character of itelmen"s fairy tale himself. Space is inseparable from time. One thing is realised in another one. The play of space involves the play of time. But what is primarily? In the course of researching of itelmen"s folklor, the special perception of time by itelmens was noticed. Apparently, one can speak about special perception of time, the active time, the only motive power of which is the inner movement of Kutth. Not Kutth moves in time, but time moves in him. In itelmen"s fairy tale the character is activetime is active-space is active.
