The clause contains the comparative description of lexis of food presented in the Kamchatka"s dialects, since 18 century till now. The author analyses names of various dishes as traditional national Kamchatka"s kitchens, and modern dishes and ways of their preparation. Interesting and valuable ethnographic data are resulted. The author concludes that with the advent on Kamchatka Russian in food of indigenous population there were greater changes, however thus recipes of preparation national Kamchatka"s dishes were not lost.
