The author analyses names of various dishes as traditional national Kamchatka"s kitchens, and modern dishes and ways of their preparation. Interesting and valuable ethnographic data are resulted. The author concludes that with the advent on Kamchatka Russian in food of indigenous population there were greater changes, however thus recipes of preparation national Kamchatka"s dishes were not lost.
