Summary:This working document provides a brief description of the sampling, laboratory analysis and estimation procedures conducted by AZTI and IEO in the VIIIab ICES divisions to obtain the Spawning Stock Biomass (SSB) estimate for 2014 in this area by the application of the Daily Egg Production Method. The Working Document provides in addition preliminary estimates of all parameters of the DEPM and of SSB. Current estimates are just provided provisionally until definitive estimates are produced before next WGACEGG.
