Summary: | 3 pages, 1 table.-- PMID: 9868144 [PubMed].-- Printed version published Dec 28, 1998. Four new marine monoterpenes have been isolated from two species of marine red algae, Plocamium cartilagineum and Pantoneura plocamioides. The structures and relative stereochemistry of these compounds were determined on the basis of spectroscopic evidence and suggest a relationship between P. cartilagineum and P. plocamioides.
