Description
Summary:Laying the Optimal Route Vessel Abstract—Arctic Development is one of the strategic goals of Russia and other circumpolar countries. Solution of this problem is faced with the problem: most of the coastal seas and the Arctic Ocean is covered with ice. For large vessels and icebreakers problem is solved by applying remote sensing of ice with space-craft and aircraft. This solution has a very high cost and low effi-ciency. The authors propose to use for this purpose unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). This paper describes the solution of choice of UAV. This paper describes the solution of choice UAV. The features of the use of equipment for photo and video and mi-crowave sensing of ice.
