Description
Summary:Abstract: With the increasing attention to the expansion and impact of invasive species, it has become more important to document carefully new observations of introduced species. Here we document the occurrence of Crepidula convexa, a species from the north Atlantic, in Washington State, U.S.A. DNA sequence data suggest that the animals in Washington originated from the northern part of the species’s native range.
