Summary:Abstract: In order to understand climatic features of alpine environment and to evaluate east-west climatic contrast in Kamchatka Peninsula, Automatic Weather Stations (A WS) were installed on three alpine regions: Koryto Glacier, Ushkovsky Volcano and Mt. Kozyrevka. Meteorological data were measured and recorded automatically from July, 1996 to September, 1997.
