Summary:Using all available geophysical data and an interactive graphic software, we determined the structural scheme of the Australian-Antarctic and South Australian basins between the Kerguelen Plateau and Broken Ridge. Four JOIDES Resolution transit lines between Australia and the Kerguelen Plateau were used to study the detailed pattern of seafloor spreading at the Southeast Indian Ridge and the breakup history between the Kerguelen Plateau and Broken Ridge.
