Summary:In compliance with the provisions of the Federal Clean Water Act, 33 U.S.C §1251 et.seq., as amended by the Water Quality Act of 1987, P.L. 400-4, the U.S Environmental Protection Agency is hereby establishing a Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) for Mercury for Beaver Creek and Patsiliga Creek including the listed segments of Beaver Creek Headwaters to Patsiliga Creek and Beaver Creek to Flint River. Subsequent actions must be consistent with this TMDL.
