THE PRIMARY MOULT OF THE LESSER BLACK-BACKED GULL
This paper deals with the primary moult of the Lesser Black-backed Gull Larus fuscus. It is based on moult scores obtained from birds trapped by the Severn Estuary Gull Group in Gloucestershire, Herefordshire and Worcestershire and personal observations by the author.
