Description
Summary:Firstly I would like to express my deepest gratitude to my advisor, Prof. Dr. Oktay Pashaev for his motivating talks, academic guidance and continuous support throughout all phases of this master of science thesis. I want to express my great thankfulness to Prof. Dr. Recai Erdem and Assist. Prof H. Sami S ¨ oz ¨ uer for their valuable suggestions in my thesis. I would like to thank to ˙Izmir Institute of Technology (IYTE) for giving me a full time assistantship during my thesis. and love. CLASSICAL AND QUANTUM EULER EQUATION In the present thesis we give generalization of analytical mechanics to describe dynamical systems with dissipation. The Lagrangian function in this case is determined by nonstationary pseudoRiemannian metric for the kinetic energy, and by general quadratic form, nondiagonal in the generalized coordinates and velocities. Skew symmetric nondiagonal terms in our approach play the role of dissipation coefficients. As an application
