This action would (1) increase the maximum length overall on eligible License Limitation Program (LLP) licenses and (2) amend the fishery management plan to ensure that LLP license holders are eligible to catch and process Pacific cod in the BSAI with longer, heavier, and more powerful vessels than are currently eligible.
