Summary:Lagoon OBC Seismic Survey in the Beaufort Sea of Alaska from July to September 2012. In accordance with the Incidental Harassment Authorization issued for the Simpson Lagoon OBC Seismic Survey, BP Exploration Alaska Inc. (BPXA), submitted a draft version of this report to the National Marine Fisheries Service for review within 90 days of the completion of the project. The recommendations and comments received from your office have been addressed and incorporated into this final version of the 90-Day Report. The raw marine mammal observer data are available upon request.
