Methane hydrate may contain significant offshore and onshore arctic gas resources. The CRA studies are helping determine whether or not gas hydrate can become a technically and economically recoverable gas resource. Phase 1-2 desktop studies included reservoir characterization, development scenario modeling, and associated studies which indicated that 0-
