Our current IHA expires on December 11,2009. We would like to renew this authorization for mother year. All actions are the same at all sites as documented in our ment HA. We are requesting the same level of take for all species, with the exception of California Sea Lions (GASL) on Southeast Faralbn Island (SEFI). We are requesting an increase in our take of CASL on SEFI from the current Ievel of 1,500 animals to 5000 animals. We base his request on two primary reasons.
