Description
Summary:Geostrategic analysis of Russia in the defrosted seas of the North. A new scene of conflict or cooperation in the 21st Century? - The current geopolitical environment situation generated by the climate change in the last decades has shown the geostrategic interests between Russia, coastal States and other States in the Arctic, as occurred with Antarctica in the mid-twentieth century. Accordingly, this work is a descriptive and analytic study of the political, environmental, economic and social situation of this region, complemented with a comparative analysis of the two polar regions of the planet, and that addresses the differences, similarities, continuities, breaks or changes in foreign policies taken by the actors involved.
