Целью исследования является картографирование заболоченных областеий п-ова Ямал на основе применения разновременных спутниковых снимков Landsat TM и программного обеспечения (ПО) ILWIS GIS. В результате исследования была визуализирована экологическая динамика изменения избранных ландшафтов на Крайнем Севере России методами ГИС.
