The purpose is to demonstrate the capabilities of adaptive control based on the identification of the unknown diffusion coefficient. This problem is similar to the control of flow with unknown Reynolds number which will be investigated in a future publication. The present version gives only the main ideas which will be fully detailed in the final version of the paper.
