Description
Summary:As an introduction to a discussion of the geomorphological studies undertaken in the Lake Hasen area a brief geographical description of the area will be given. Much criticism in recent years has been voiced against purely descriptive geographical works. No doubt much of this criticism is valid for description alone can be a very shallow thing.
