Summary: | RAT RIVER is a feature length script that takes place in the Canadian frontier in 1931. Inspector Alexander Eames is the commander of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police in the outpost at Fort McPherson. Eames fought in World War 1 and was hailed as a hero on his return to Canada. Unable to cope with life and his role as hero, Alexander requested a transfer to the Canadian wilderness to live out the rest of his days in anonymity. Alexander is once again thrust into the headlines when he must lead a manhunt against an almost super-human trapper who has shot one of his men. Alexander must come to terms with the person that he is in order to bring to justice the man who killed one of his friends. California State University, Northridge.
