The problematic effects of the Israeli control on the Palestinians' access to the Internet were measured, specifically after they were prevented for 13 years from using the third generation of the internet, and the other effects in light of an internal Palestinian organization that takes the form of (a state under establishment), which has many shortcomings for internal and external reasons.
