Summary:A research paper was presented at the Russian UNESCO conference, held in 2018 in Khanty-Mansiysk province, entitled “Multilingualism and the Transition to the Digital Age.” The paper discussed Palestinian digital rights in light of the Israeli occupation controlling Land, cellular communication networks, and the Internet. The problematic effects of the Israeli control on the Palestinians' access to the Internet were measured, specifically after they were prevented for 13 years from using the third generation of the internet, and the other effects in light of an internal Palestinian organization that takes the form of (a state under establishment), which has many shortcomings for internal and external reasons.
