Summary:Parasitus mycophilus Karg, previously known only from the adult male, is newly recorded from the British Isles and Iceland. The male of the species is redescribed, and the male and female deutonymph described for the first time. A morphological account of a specimen suspected to be a female of P. mycophilus is also given. Rhabdocarpais parvus Athias-Henriot is newly synonymized with P. mycophilus.
