Remarks on an act of Parliament, passed in the 15th year of His Majesty's reign, on the credit of Vice-Admiral Sir Hugh Palliser's information intituled "An Act for the encouragement of the fisheries carried on from Great Britain, Ireland" &c. to Newfoundland, &c., for the repeal or amendment of which a petition from the merchants concerned has this session been presented to the House of Commons; to which is annexed an authentic and complete state of the fishery in 1771 . /
