He will introduce the invited speaker from the WWF Global Arctic Programme, Dr. Peter Winsor, to set the stage for the SMM discussions by providing a comprehensive overview of WWF’s policy recommendations for “Creating an Effective SAO-Based Mechanism for Coordinating Work on Marine Issues in the Arctic Council.” The opening plenary presentation by WWF will be followed by a discussion. |
