Description
Summary:In 2018, the Arctic Council Secretariat (ACS) was on the move – both literally and metaphorically speaking. It was the year the ACS moved into its long-anticipated new offices in “Fram II”, the building next door to the previous offices in Tromsø. While the move took place in April, the process of setting up the new offices kept the ACS staff busy throughout the year. Besides offering new office space for the ACS staff, including the ACAP/EPPR secretariats, and the Indigenous Peoples’ Secretariat (IPS), the premises now also house the Arctic Monitoring and Assessment Programme’s (AMAP) secretariat.
