Work is based on Agreement between NPO “POLAR FOUNDATION” and Nordic Environment Finance Corporation (NEFCO). The survey was agreed with: the Ministry of Defense, ref. No. 110/4/429 of 16.03.2007 signed by the First Deputy Minister of Defense Yu. Baluevsky."
