Summary:Using flow cytometry techniques, it is possible to study both the potential impact of filter-feeder bivalves on microalgal communities as well as the changes in the grazed microalgae and the behaviour of these bivalves whose diet is composed of a mixture of different species. L'application des techniques de cytométrie en flux permettent d'étudier, d'une part l'impact potentiel des bivalves filtreurs sur les communautés micro-algales naturelles ainsi que l'évolution de ces dernières soumises au grazing des prédateurs, et d'autre part le comportement de ces filteurs soumis à des régimes alimentaires composés de mélanges d'espèces différentes.
