This document takes stock of our knowledge on the exploitation, biology, the dynamics of the populations, the inventory position and possibilities of valorization of species not exploited traditionally by the fleets industrial and of great French fishing, but being of potential interest for them. Thus, twelve groups of species, or species, following are analyzed: - deep selacians - the sardine - large Argentina - pomegranates - the silver plated hake - the blue whiting - fish of Kerguelen - the chinchard - the black sabre - the halibut of Greenland - squids Ce document fait le bilan de nos connaissances sur l'exploitation, la biologie, la dynamique des populations, l'état des stocks et les possibilités de valorisation d'espèces non exploitées traditionnellement par les flottilles industrielle et de grande pêche françaises, mais présentant un intérêt potentiel pour elles. Ainsi, les douze groupes d'espèces, ou espèces, suivants sont analysés : - les sélaciens profonds - la sardine - la grande argentine - les grenadiers - le merlu argenté - le merlan bleu - les poissons des Kerguelen - le chinchard - le sabre noir - le flétan du Groenland - les encornets - les calmars.
