| Summary: | The Tumbler Ridge Observer 1997 Collection contains selected issues of the Tumbler Ridge Observer Newspaper published between January and December 1997. These newspapers are incredibly important to the Tumbler Ridge Community as they are some of the only known public primary sources of the town and its community members. All of the material comes from the Tumbler Ridge Public Library's Newspaper Collection. Ultimately, as the material is bounded and the text is close to the gutter, some pages feature cut-off words. Although we attempted to alleviate this issue as much as possible in the OCR process by adding back the lost words, some were simply illegible due to the binding. |
