Description
Summary:These data were compiled by Justine Shaw (University of Queensland/Australian Antarctic Division) and Kaitlyn Close (University of Queensland) from all available sources of human movements in the Australian Antarctic Territory between 1957 and 2013. Spatially explicit (latitude and longitude) movements are documented, together with the type of activity, routes taken and place name descriptions. In some cases the mode of travel (walking, vehicular etc) is also recorded.
