Summary:Statement: Accession 8026 is a wind record, measured at a height of about 2m above the sea surface. Data from moorings that were in place for at least 6 months in deep water and include meteorological data, pressure records and temperature records gathered by the Oregon State University (OSU) Buoy Group over a span of more than 35 years. In addition, included are a number of electronic (i.e., browser-formatted) data reports. This dataset relates to current meter records from the current meter records from the Continental Shelf Project, PSU's earliest use of moored current meters, 1969.
